Theboard also authorized bus lines fromFifth Avenue and 110th Street to Mos-holu Parkway and from the Fort Leeferry landing to Mosholu Parkway. City Stipulates Settlement Terms.— The City Council of Des Moines, la., onJune 27 pigeonholed indefinitely threeordinances proposed to place the DesMoines City Railway on a footing whereit could be financed until a new fran-chise is negotiated
