Command Sgt. Maj. Charles L. Robinson III accepts the unit guidon from Lt. Col. Abraham N. Osborn, commander, during the 5th Battalion 4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment change of responsibility ceremony June 23, 2021 at Shipton Barracks. Robinson assumed responsibilities of the regiment from Command Sgt. Maj. George A. Palmer, who is retiring from the Army after 25 years of service.
