A delegation of three retired firefighters, Chris Crooks, Steve James and Pan Poullais delivered a letter of complaint to City Hall in London ahead of the planned closure of weight of the city's fire stations. The FBU has asserted many times that the closure of the stations will cause the endangerment of lives as the service will be stretched too thin and response times will increase.
