SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 8, 2016) - Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) man the rails as the ship pulls into Naval Base Guam after completing a five-month deployment. Franc Cable departed Guam June 6, was a persistent presence throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region during its deployment providing vital flexibility to the fleet commanders, extending the range and impact of naval forces in the Navy's 5th and 7th Fleets.
