Primorsk Russia. In the Dusk of Mid Winter Icebreaking Boat is paving the way in the Ice and Snow Gulf Of Finland Baltic Sea for the first commercial voyage from newly opened Primorsk crude oil loading terminal. After the collapse of the former Soviet Union, Russia did not have its own crude oil and products loadings facilities in the Baltic Sea, channeling its export cargoes via Ventspils, Klaipeda, Tallinn marine terminals. The launch of Primorsk and following terminals aimed to channel the loaings and transit feels into the Russia's state coffers and particularly, Leningradskaya oblast.
