Memorial plaque devoted to the fallen during the Prague Uprising in May 1945 placed on the wall of a house wall in Na Švihance Street in Vinohrady district in Prague, Czech Republic. The iconic blessed hand with the Czech inscription 'Věrni zůstaneme' (We shall remain faithful) was designed by Czech modernist sculptor Karel Pokorný (1945).
