Storm clouds gather above Radio Surobi at FOB Tora near Sorubi, Afghanistan on June 14, 2010. Radio Surobi is a radio station operated and staffed by Afghans for the Afghan population of the area. Although housed within the French FOB (Tora), there is no censorship or ISAF propaganda that is broadcast. The station's location within the FOB allows it and its' staff to operate freely and without Taliban oversight.
