The knee-elbow position should be assumed fiveor six times a day, for three to five minutes at a time. The uprightposition and exertion of every sort must be positively interdicted ifa radical cure is expected. Having replaced the uterus and secured its retention in the normalposition by postural treatment, we should collate all the symptoms ofthe case, and then apply the proper similimum.
