Station laid down 1866-67. The station house, two-storey wood, was built at both ends 1899 and in these extensions, expedition was held and 2 class of waiting room. The railroad has been expanded in three stages, most recently associated with the electrification in 1949. HLJ passed UWHJs trails in plan on the railroad HLJ, Lidköping - Håkantorp Railwayuwhj, Uddevalla - Vänersborg - Herrljunga railway
