Mr Dave Healy 'Infected by Design' NW Baseline’s Art Workshops Creative Studio artist and doodler extraordinaire, displaying a newly finished work, part of the Showzam festival held at Blackpool during the half-term holidays offering graphic design in the town centre, providing free activities and workshops that engage young people, helping them aim and achieve in the areas of personal development, entrepreneurship, volunteering through arts, & media.
Infected by Design is the lexical interface of doodler extraordinaire David Healy. Based at NWBaseline David can be found most days creating works of incredible detail with acrylic pens. NW Baseline’s Art Workshops are a thing of legend in Blackpool – having given over 300 children and teenagers creative skills in art, photography and graphic design that they can go on to use in creative industries and in life. Blackpool has one of the highest retail vacancy rates in the country. This shop on Victoria Street had been vacant for almost a year before NW Baseline began using it, offering sustained community support and engagement.
