Reconstructed Neolithic clay pot. This pot is one of several objects recreated for a reconstructed hut in La Draga Neolithic Park in Banyoles, in Catalonia, Spain. This site dates from around 7000 years ago, and is mostly submerged beneath Banyoles Lake. Discovered in 1990, excavation by the Centre for Underwater Archaeology of Catalonia began in 1994, uncovering a range of artefacts including ceramics, intact wooden tools and tool handles, and weapons such as bows and javelins.
