A permanent ice field fills the bottom of Yolyn Am Canyon in Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park, Mongolia. The vertical rock walls of Yolyn Am canyon provide habitat for wildlife and create the only permanent ice field in the park. This unique feature in the Gobi desert makes Yolyn Am one of the most visited sites in the Park.
