The glass dome above the spectacular ornate and decorated ceiling at The Founders Entrance (Entrance Hall) at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, UK. The Entrance Hall was completed in 1875, under the architect Edward Middleton Barry (1830–80). The entrance hall was fully restored in 2018 to enable the lavish, brightly coloured and intricate decorations to shine through. The result is an incredibly beautiful, unique and captivating interior.
