RACHEL PIERCE, New Chapel, Boncath near Cardigan, who suffers from 'Locked In' syndrome after a brain tumour when she was 20 years old. Cared for by her family (mother Miriam, father Lenny and sister Lucy) her life has been made less isolated by help and support from QINETIC,m Aberporth, who have installed a video camera and monitor on a specially designed frame on her wheelchair.
