JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 17, 2017) Peter Weber tolls a bell during the guided-missile frigate USS Stark’s (FFG 31) remembrance ceremony aboard Naval Station Mayport. The annual event held at the Stark Memorial on base marked 30 years since the ship was struck by two Iraqi missiles, killing 37 Sailors.
