Rubbish has been piling high on the streets of Brighton in the last month. Although a recent strike ended three weeks ago, but some areas have had no collections for five weeks. Refuse collectors, members of the GMB union, have been refusing to pick up any waste not in a Council-issued bin and ending their rounds early if they run out of time.
