Emerging from the trees the first springwe meet with is situ-ated at the top of thehill some distanceabove the level of theriver. This spring isbordered by cauli-flower-like forms ofgeyserite, which havea greenish tinge. Thewater flows from thespring in several smallstreams, the bed ofeach one being a brightorange color.
