171112-N-IA905-1045 WESTERN PACIFIC (Nov. 11, 2017) The Nimitz-class aircraft carriers USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) and USS Nimitz (CVN 68), and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force ships, the Hyuga-class helicopter destroyer JS Ise (DDH 182), the Takanami-class destroyer JS Makinami (DD 112) and the Murasame-class destroyer JS Inazuma (DD 105) are underway in formation.
