No cloth or holder in one hand to hold the oven, and in theother to open the door. This door does not swing out in front, allowingall the heat to escape in looking in to see how the articles cooking areprogressing. Without any cloth in hand raise the door as in Cut 2, andlook in witliout losing much heat. The door, in its verticle movement, is kept in close contact to the Ovenby the guides on each side, securing a tight joint and preventing bend-ing and getting out of order.
