E. N. Jackson. The soldiers featured include Lt. Wm. H. Noble, Capt. Clyde C. Dunnington, Major Wm. J. Fitzmaurice, Major John Purroy Mitchell, Edmond A. Fruss Jr., Major Wm. C. McCord, 1st Lt. Joseph Harchow, and 2nd Lt. Howard P. 1son. The image was censored and released on April 3, 1918, by the War College Division.
