Navy Fireman Stacey Gallegos gives self-contained breathing apparatus training in the hangar bay of the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) while underway in the Caribbean Sea during a subject matter expert exchange with Dominican sailors on Oct. 10, 2008. The Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean phase of Continuing Promise 2008, an equal-partnership mission involving the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, France, Nicaragua, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
