For Orchards, Standard Trees on free stocks, 3 or 4 years old, of thrifty growth, are to be preferred. For the Garden, Dwarf trees, either for pyramids or bushes, on theUoucain or Paradise stocks, 1 to 2 years old, are recommended. Large pyramids or low Stand- ards are to be preferred on the Doucain stock. We grow the most choice and popu- lar kinds for these purposes.
