SAN DIEGO — Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Commander, Rear Adm. Matthew J. Kohler, spoke at West 2017, an annual maritime conference which took place Feb. 21-23 in San Diego and visited several of the information warfare exhibits including the unmanned underwater vehicle demonstration manned by Sailors from Fleet Weather San Diego and Naval Oceanography Mine Warfare Center.
