A mural by by Dutch artist Eelco “Virus” van den Berg along the side of the The Ninth, a 10-apartment rental by Volmar Construction at 203 Ninth Street pays homage to the Gowanus neighborhood with nods to Kentile Floors sign, The Daily News plant, the RKO Prospect Theater, and the Maryland 400, the Revolutionary War heroes who may be burned in a mass grave in the neighborhood.
