Italy, Nocera Superiore, near Naples. Under the baptistery of Santa Maria Maggiore lye the bones and skulls of many of the dead which are believed to be a part of the outcome of 24th August AD79, the date when Vesuvious went up. Many of the houses discovered in Nocera Superiore are 2nd Century and are believed to be incorporated in the present houses.
