Light micrograph of the posterior, or dorsal, horn of a cross-sectioned spinal cord stained with Luxol fast blue for myelin. The clear zone at the tip of dorsal horns is substantia gelatinosa of Rolando. It is crossed by bundles of myelinated fibres coming from the posterior white column.
