Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Mullinax accepts the Lancer colors from Col. Jay Miseli, commander 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, assuming his new responsibilities as Lancer 7 during a Change of Responsibility ceremony at Lancer Field, McChord, Aug. 23. "I truly believe our principal duty as NCOs is to train our Soldiers, so they have the best chance to survive in combat when called upon," said Mullinax.
