A Westland Lysander P12 Delanne, British army co-operation and liaison aircraft of World War II. A rebuild of the prototype Lysander K6127 with a tandem rear wing to carry a four-gun power-operated tail gun turret it was designed in 1942 for "beach strafing" in case of invasion of the UK, but when evaluation was complete the need for a breach-strafer had disappeared.
