SANTA RITA, Guam (May 12, 2017) Builder Constructionman Christina Bottass, from Tampa, Florida, digs a thickened edge for a rebar and concrete placement at the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 Fena Water Treatment Storage Building project, May 12, 2017. The storage building is being built in support of Naval Base Guam. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, special operations combat service support, and theater security cooperation in support of Pacific Command.
