KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait – “Relationships matter anywhere you go and it’s important for Soldiers to meet new people outside of their workplace,” said Sgt. Brittany Swartzwelder, a contracting officer with 28th Infantry Division. Swatzwelder was one of three 28 ID soldiers who joined the Embassy Kuwait to form Team USA in the 3rd International Women’s Volleyball Tournament on March 31 at the at the British Academy of Sport, Kuwait City.
