There is no more glowing tribute that can be paidto a popular and rising man than that he has risen to eminenceby his own exertions. Hiram E. Booth is conspicuouslyone of this class. He was born in Postville, Iowa, thirty yearsago. He read law with Hon. Frank Shinn, of Pottowattomiecounty, and was admitted to the practice by the Supreme courtof Iowa in 1885.
