The equipment is part of the Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources unit out of Holloman AFB, New Mexico, to help with the rebuilding of Tyndall in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. A BEAR package has the capability to restore and repair many Air Force assets, providing mission-ready equipment for global power and reach.
