A cased pair of percussion pistols, Mortimer in London, circa 1840. Octagonal barrels with smooth bores in 12 mm calibre. Inscribed "London" on top of the barrels. Locks have vine engravings and are signed " Mortimer". Platinum bushed vents, silver escutcheons. Walnut stocks with checkered grips. One ramrod is a replacement. In the proper oak case with green velvet lining. Key missing. Powder flask and bullet mold inside. Length of each pistol cm.
