Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Feb. 13, 2018--Blue roofs are visible in the town of Villa Santa in the municipality of Dorado. Operation Blue Roof is carried out by the Army Corps of Engineers as a temporary repair until the homeowner is able to find a permanent fix.
