On Wednesday, May 3 our equipment operator, Jim, was working to blow more snow from the sides of the road between mileposts 156 and 157. He's just around the corner from Rainy Pass but snow is getting deep and nearly up to the top of the blower head. Meanwhile, other west side crews are working back toward the closed gate to clear the shoulder ditches from rocks and debris and to replace signs and guardrail damaged over the winter.
