William Hinchcliff, 31st Security Forces Squadron operations non-commissioned officer in charge, reenlists aboard a KC-135 Stratotanker over the Adriatic Sea, Italy, Feb. 22, 2019. Hinchcliff dedicated the reenlistment to his father-in-law, who served as a crew chief for KC-135s during his twenty year Air Force career.
