The Lands End Road up the side of the Grand Mesa in Colorado

The Lands End Road gains 5000 feet in elevation from the valley floor to the top of the Grand Mesa as it ascends the pile of erosional debris piled around its edges. This road is suitable for an ordinary car; four wheel drive is not required. This view is from the 9,750-foot level, about 250 feet below the top.
