The dining room had a built-in china closet, wainscoted walls with platerail at top, and a beamed ceiling, and wasconnected through large French windows tothe glass-enclosed summer dining verandaat the rear. The color scheme in this roomwas white and gold with mahogany stain forsashes and doors. The hall was finished innatural wood, with mahogany for stair-railand balusters.
