ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 15, 2016) – A member of the visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) climbs down a rope ladder to board a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) for a VBSS exercise. Carter Hall is underway with the Bataan Amphibious Readiness Group (ARG) participating in ARG/Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise (ARG/MEUEX).
