Joey Meininger, the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron deputy fire chief, with his newest stripe and line number for his selection to the highest enlisted rank of chief master sergeant Dec. 9, 2016, at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Meininger was informed on Dec. 7 that he made it to the top one percent of the enlisted force.
