The Victoria Harbour Ferry Company runs a fleet of toy-like, double-ended boats with seating for only 12, that depart public piers around the Inner Harbour every 15 minutes on sightseeing and water-taxi tours. The boats are a fun and inexpensive way to see Victoria from the water. Fares start at $5 (Canadian) for a short hop.
