Hutchinson, Kansas - Members of the Solid Rock Bible Church join the annual July 4 "Patriots Parade," handing out literature promoting the "Value Them Both" constitutional amendment to be voted on in the August 2, 2022 election. The referendum would overturn a 2019 state Supreme Court ruling that the Kansas constituion “protects a woman’s right to decide whether to continue a pregnancy.”
