This is the first joint engagement between The Queen and Meghan alone, and falls on the one year anniversary of the Grenfell fire tragedy. The Queen wore green for Grenfell, whilst Meghan wore a Givenchy dress and carried a Givenchy bag. The wind considerably disturbed Meghan's hair, causing her to repeatedly adjust it.
