Bogota, Colombia - January 27, 2017: Local Colombian people walk through the narrow streets of the historic La Candelaria District in the capital city of Bogota in the South American country of Colombia. The house to the left with the colonial style window grille, is where the Colombian Author and Political Activist, Jose Maria Vargas Vila was born in 1860. Today it is a small Museum dedicated to him; a plaque on the wall states in Spanish that, "Jose Maria Vargas Villa, the Author of Aura O Las Violetas was born in this house on 23 June 1860."
