This type of Religious offering is quite common place on the Indonesian island of Bali and is used daily for Religious purposes. Burning incense often accompanies Canang Sari whihc are small naturally made plates created from strips of banana leaf which make an exquisite natural gift for the Gods. People place them on the floor at the entrance to their houses with burning incense which purifies the air with a beautiful fragrant aroma and blesses the household throughout the day or so it is believed.
