Sochi Olympic Park at night from space, as seen from the ISS (International Space Station). North is at left. The bright circular structure near lower centre is Fisht Stadium where the opening ceremonies for the Winter Olympics were held on 7 February 2014, and where the Olympic Cauldron holds the Olympic Flame. Sochi is a city in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, located on Russia's Black Sea coast. The Black Sea is at lower right. Lights are seen on the coast (centre) and along the Mzymta River, running from top left towards the coast. The major road (orange line) is part of European route E97.
