Mountnessing Post Mill This was built in 1807 , replacing a previous structure. Mills have been on this site since 1477 in varying forms. This mill worked up to 1924 and for a short spell in the early 1930's. It was finally restored between 1979 and 1983 to full working order and it is a great example of the Millwright Craft , which was current at the time of construction.
