Father Paul Roswog (Lt. CHC, USN), a Catholic chaplain, and Father Peter Demers, a civilian from Montreal, Canada, visit an orphanage in Hue, Vietnam on October 12, 1965. Sister Marie Rosalie, a teacher, was forced to relocate the orphanage due to Communist pressure, and now faces political challenges in obtaining permits for building supplies.
