These castings are bolted to the frames, and, incidental-ly, they furnish a deep brace for the rear ends of the roller cap rests on two 2 by hardened steel rollersat each end, and this casting is provided with vertical brack-ets or lugs, engaging guide castings, which are bolted to theinside faces of the frames.
