Drill instructors from Delta Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, march in formation after receiving the guidons from the company honormen during the graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Nov. 13. Graduation comes after the completion of all tests and events during the 13 weeks of training. Today, all males recruited from west of the Mississippi are trained at MCRD San Diego. The depot is responsible for training more than 16,000 recruits annually.
